1>Wear closed toed shoes, pants, and bring a pair of safety glasses. They should protect the sides of your eyes and be safety rated/designed eye protection. We sell new safety glasses for $7 at the studio if you do not have a pair.
2>Do not bring alcohol to class or arrive intoxicated or you will not be able to participate in the workshop that day.
3>The Studio is a plain tan and brown building at the end of the gravel road, past the no outlet sign, free parking everywhere in front of the studio and surrounding area.
~3.5 Hour Workshops, 1 Day Classes and 6 Week Classes ~
Cancelation
You Must send us an email message 24 hours before the start time of your scheduled workshop/class and we will help you with another date. Class starts 15 minutes after scheduled time. Please be on time or early, if you are running a little late please contact the studio… if you arrive more than 15 mins after the advertised/scheduled start time of your workshop, you will lose your spot and paid amount.
Refunds
Refunds made/issued for any voucher/receipt/class will have the merchant fees deducted from your refund amount.
Requests initiated 24 hours prior to scheduled class start time will be reviewed and be processed within 3-4 days or more.
Vouchers/Gift Certificates:
Any vouchers or gift certificates purchased on gregstefan.com for instruction must be used within 2 years of the purchase date and are non transferable. All gift certificates must be accompanied by the original sales receipt to be verified prior to scheduling and attending a workshop or class.
Class Costs
Safety Glass are required for every class/session. You may Bring your own safety rated/designed eye protection or you can purchase safety glasses at the studio for $7. (we also carry eye protection that fits over prescription glasses if needed)
All Materials are included for the 3.5Hour workshop.
Painting Classes/students have a $10 per firing, kiln fee.
Glass- (1 day, 6 week courses)- Glass is not included. The studio sells pieces of glass for $5 a each with a pretty large selection. We recommend acquiring and bringing glass from any of your own trusted stained glass retailers also. Message us with any questions!
~Leaving Projects and Materials at the Studio(Students) ~
Greg Stefan Studios is not responsible for any materials or projects left at the studio at anytime. We ask that you take your projects and materials with you at the end of every session/class. In the case that any materials or projects are left at the studio for more than one year after original class start date, they will be automatically dismantled and forfeited without notification and will not be recoverable.
~New Fabrication, Repairs and Restorations.~
Payment:
Methods of payment accepted: Check, Cash and Credit Cards accepted with a 3% processing fee added at the time of transaction.
Art Work/Panels left at the studio: Artworks that have received estimates or are completed and not picked will incur a storage fee of $1 per panel, per day effective from the date of initial notification of proposal or that the project is completed and ready for pickup.
Art Work/Panels ready for pickup that are not claimed within 1 year will be forfeited unless special arrangements are made by email.
